Delete your Habit Tracker account
Delete directly in the App
Open Habit Tracker, go to Account, select Delete account, confirm your identity, and approve the permanent deletion. This is the fastest method and normally completes immediately.
Request deletion without access to the App
Email support@qbito.app from the address associated with your account. Use the subject Habit Tracker account deletion request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Data that is deleted
- your authentication account and profile;
- habits, categories, history, and per-user statistics;
- survey responses and saved survey progress;
- support requests, messages, diagnostics, and attachments;
- profile images and other account-scoped files;
- install-attribution records and the RevenueCat customer profile.
Requests submitted by email are normally completed within 30 days. Aggregated information that no longer identifies your account may remain. Records held independently by Google Play or the Apple App Store are governed by those providers' retention obligations.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Habit Tracker account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play or the Apple App Store to prevent future renewal charges.
