Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy explains how Habit Tracker ("the App"), developed by qbito, handles your information. The short version: we collect nothing. All your data stays on your device.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All habit data, streaks, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using your device's native storage.
We do not use analytics SDKs, crash reporting services, or advertising networks within the App.
2. Contact Form
If you use the contact form on this website (habit-tracker.qbito.app/contact),
your submitted data (name, email address, and message) is processed by
Formspree, Inc. (formspree.io).
We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and do not share it with
third parties. Please review Formspree's privacy policy for more detail.
3. Push Notifications
If you grant permission, the App delivers push notifications locally on your device using your operating system's notification service (APNs on iOS, FCM/local notifications on Android). No notification content is transmitted to our servers.
4. App Store & Platform Services
When you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, those platforms may collect data as described in their respective privacy policies. qbito has no control over data collected by Apple or Google.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
6. Data Security
Since all data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, biometrics, encryption). We have no access to your data and cannot recover it if your device is lost.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
