New
- Statistics have a new look. They open with your completion in a ring, the change since the previous period and a short sentence about how your week is going. Below, you see how many days were fully done, partly done or missed, and your streaks on a timeline.
- With Premium, statistics have two new tabs. In the “Habits” tab you see which habits go well and which need attention. In the “History” tab there is a trend, a calendar of the year, your records and how quickly you get back after a break. Without Premium, you see a preview with hints from your own data.
- Statistics of a single habit have “Overview” and “History” tabs. You see the habit's strength, the dates of your streaks and a calendar where you tap a day to see how much you did. With Premium you also get records, the amount month by month and comebacks after a break.
- You can now skip a day for a habit, for example when you are sick, without losing your streak. Widgets show such a day with a dash.
- Statistics now include habits to limit: you see whether there was less than before and how many days you stayed within the limit.
- The Premium screen shows every feature in a carousel you swipe through, each with a short animation. It starts with the feature you want to unlock.
- After buying Premium you see a short welcome confirming that everything is now unlocked.
Improved
- Before Premium ends you see what you use it for. Reminders about it are fewer and come in the evening.
- Streaks of weekly and monthly habits are counted in weeks and months, not days.
- Screens load more smoothly: nothing jumps or flickers.
- Menus and panels opened from the main tabs no longer hide under the bottom bar.
Fixed
- Pausing or archiving a habit, for example for a holiday, no longer breaks your streak or lowers your statistics.
- Streaks and completion rates are counted correctly for habits repeated every few days, around the time change and in a habit's first week.
- Statistics count weekly and monthly habits once per period and show the correct average per day.
- The streak on Home and on widgets now matches your statistics.
New
- You can now track bad habits, like sweets or coffee. Log how many times they happened and, if you want, set a limit for the day, week or month.
- You can now log more than your goal, like 25 minutes of walking when your goal is 10. Turn it on in the habit settings.
- The Premium screen is simpler: you see the prices and the free trial terms right away.
Improved
- When you enter a result for a weekly or monthly habit, you see right away how much you already have for the whole week or month.
- When you add a widget to your phone's home screen, you can see right away what it will look like.
- The progress circles in the grid view are bigger and easier to read.
- Notifications about your support requests now come in the language you use the app in.
Fixed
- If you check off habits on two phones without internet, no entry gets lost anymore.
- When you delete a category, its habits no longer disappear from the list. They move to "General".
- After restoring a backup, your habits stay in the same order as before.
- Big numbers and longer texts now fit in the widgets.
New
- You can now change your account email address in Account and confirm it with a link sent to the new address.
Improved
- Emails confirming your address or resetting your password now look like the app and arrive in your app language.
- The email verification banner now clearly explains why confirmation is needed.
- Password settings now show when you need to confirm your email before changing your password.
Fixed
- Expired or invalid verification links now show clear guidance instead of a false success message.
- The countdown to resend the verification email now stays the same across screens and after restarting the app.
- Creating an account during setup now confirms the account was created instead of mentioning saved habits.
New
- You can now set a habit's amount, say glasses of water, by dragging the ring or typing the number in.
- You can switch between the ring and the plus/minus buttons, and the app remembers which one you use.
Improved
- The plus/minus buttons now change the value by a step that fits the habit's goal, instead of a fixed 1, 5, 10, 50 or 100.
Fixed
- Signing in through "Already have an account?" at the start of setup now carries on instead of going back to the first screen.
- Editing an earlier entry can no longer push a weekly or monthly habit over its goal.
New
- You can now use the app in Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish (Latin America), Indonesian and French.
- On Android 13 and newer, you can pick the app language in your phone's settings.
Improved
- All habits is now one simple list with streaks and statuses, without search or view switching.
- Home screen widgets now clearly show paused, archived, completed, ended and not-yet-started habits.
- Reminder settings are clearer, with phone tips and notification tests on a separate help screen.
- Dashboard links show the total number of habits and reminders when there are more than three.
- Habit icons on the Dashboard are now rounded squares, like on the habit list.
- Dates, numbers, reminders and widgets follow the app language more consistently.
Fixed
- Habit details open on the day you tapped, so you log progress for that day.
- On widgets, a day off no longer looks unfinished and can't be checked off.
- Chart axes no longer shift when switching between line and bar charts.
- Week ranges and month names in Statistics now display correctly.
New
- Habit details is a new screen. Log your progress with one tap, with streaks, settings, history and statistics right below.
- Paused, archived and completed habits get their own version of that screen.
- Statistics now show the total quantity you logged.
- At the Free limit you can pause a habit of your choice and finish what you started.
Improved
- Reminders stop as soon as you pause or archive a habit, also offline and on another device.
- Habit statuses stay consistent when another device changes them at the same time.
- The app now says plainly when a change is still saving or did not go through.
- On Premium, extra reminder times, quiet hours and streak protection work even when the app stays closed for a while.
- Without Premium the app no longer announces features it does not apply.
Fixed
- A habit paused until a set date now resumes on time.
- A habit paused with no end date no longer resumes on its own or shows an old return date.
- A snoozed reminder no longer rings after you finish a weekly or monthly habit.
- Snoozing streak protection no longer uses up the snoozes of your own reminder.
- Restoring habits after Premium comes back no longer leaves the button stuck.
- Signing in from the first welcome screen now takes you into your account.
- The starter challenge counts every day you open the app.
New
- You can now delete your data from the app even without an account.
- When you use the app without an account, you can now copy a Support ID — it is the only way support can find your data.
Improved
- Settings now link to the account deletion page.
New
- Completing a habit now happens in one window: it first explains what will change, then shows the habit's streak and days.
- The progress ring on habit details and the day log sheet now use the habit's category color.
Improved
- Activity heatmaps read more calmly: a day still in progress shows as ongoing, a missed day is a quiet grey field instead of a red cross, and the legend names each square the same way on every screen.
- The Summary widget now tells a rest day, a missed day and today apart.
- Habit details stay readable on narrower screens.
Fixed
- Icon names, colour names and notification settings now follow the app language instead of showing English text or raw keys.
- The completed-habit summary now counts days instead of individual entries, so habits with a daily goal no longer show an inflated total.
- The back button now returns to the Dashboard instead of closing the app.
- Points at 0% and 100% are now fully visible on progress charts.
- Reminders no longer arrive at the wrong hour after the app refreshes in the background.
- Screens opened from notifications can now be closed normally and return to the Dashboard.
New
- The home screen widgets are completely new. There are four of them: Today, Habit, Habit history and Summary. They look far better, they show more, and they carry the habit's own colour.
- You choose which habit each widget follows, so you can put several of them on the screen, each for a different habit.
- The Habit widget comes in four looks to choose from: a progress ring, a big streak number, goal progress, or a grid with your history.
- Widgets adapt to the size you give them. Make one bigger and it does not simply stretch: the layout changes and more information appears instead of empty space.
- Summary shows all your habits together, for the week or for the month, and you can have both on your screen at once.
- Habit history follows the habit's own rhythm: for a weekly habit one field is a week, for a monthly one a month, so a habit you do not do every day has a clear history too.
- What you tick off on a widget is saved in the app straight away, and at midnight the widgets show the new day by themselves, without waiting for you to open the app.
- Setting a widget up takes one tap on it, and you see every look as a preview before you choose.
- Tapping a widget takes you to the right place in the app: the habit, your statistics or today's list.
- The old streak days widget is gone, because the other widgets show the streak now.
- The Free plan grows: you can now keep five habits active at once instead of three, so there is room for a whole morning routine without paying.
- The Free plan now also lets you set your own order of habits and create weekly ones, such as "three times a week".
- When Premium ends, the app no longer locks on the spot: you get a warning in advance and a few days to decide which habits stay active.
Improved
- When you finish the starter challenge, a screen of its own shows you the reward, and your seven days of Premium wait a whole week for you.
- The app reminds you about your starter reward before that week runs out.
- Starter challenge banners show how far along you are and by when each step has to be done.
- The app can now ask for a rating after a streak in a weekly or monthly habit, not only a daily one.
- The app now has its own typeface, so the text looks the same on every phone.
- Numbers on the Dashboard and in statistics stay in place as they change, instead of jumping sideways.
- The statistics cards look the same on the Dashboard, in habit details and on the statistics screens, and are easier to read.
- Streaks and statistics open much faster, even with a long history behind you.
- Buttons, cards and list rows react when you touch them, and the tab you are on has its own marker, not just a colour.
- If you have limited animations in your phone settings, the app now sticks to that on every screen.
- Screens you open from the main tabs have a light header, and the app's orange is a little deeper, so titles and icons on it are easier to read.
Fixed
- A finished starter challenge no longer gets stuck waiting for its reward, and ticking off a habit credits the task for the whole time the challenge runs.
- The starter challenge no longer disappears for the moment between the last task and the reward being granted, starts correctly even when the phone clock is slightly off, and shows the same progress on all your devices.
- The window with your starter reward appears once, does not cover other messages at startup, and the reward keeps its full week after an app update.
- The next date on a habit card updates as soon as you edit an entry from the past.
- A habit with its own icon or colour shows them on its details screen, instead of the category's.
- The bottom navigation bar, habit details and the heat map legend hold together when the system text size is large.
- Every label in the app uses the same typeface.
New
- Onboarding now walks you through creating your first habit step by step — the area, the habit, its goal and schedule, an optional reminder, and a hands-on try of how you mark progress.
- The setup now includes a Premium step where you can compare every plan, see how much the annual one saves, and restore an earlier purchase.
- Home has been rebuilt: today's habits show their own colour, reminder time and goal progress and open the habit when tapped, streak tiles and the weekly chart are clearer, and the reminders section shows the next upcoming reminder instead of an empty message.
- On a day with nothing planned, Home now says you have the day off and takes you to your next planned day in one tap.
- Adding and editing a habit has been redesigned: name and description at the top, category, icon and colour together in one place, a row of weekday circles with the reminder right below, and the start and end dates in one section with a switch.
- You can now set habit goals in steps, calories, words, reps, seconds, glasses, grams, miles and more, and holding the counter speeds up in bigger jumps.
- A report merged with an earlier one now says so in the thread and still gets updates about the fix.
Improved
- The theme now follows your phone until you choose one in Settings.
- Premium plan buttons now say clearly whether a plan starts a subscription, a free trial or lifetime access, and the offer states when a trial ends and what is charged afterwards.
- Reopening the app takes you back to the dashboard.
- An empty Home is easier to read, and the starter habits show their category colour across the full row.
- Empty screens now show their message in the same place everywhere.
- Screens no longer redraw nonstop when nothing is happening, which is easier on the battery.
Fixed
- Reminders are now scheduled even when exact alarms are turned off in the system settings.
- Sheets that slide up from the bottom no longer hide their buttons under the system navigation bar.
- Home screen widgets now show units in the language the app is set to.
- Turning off a habit end date now removes it for good, and an end date set with Premium can be removed after Premium expires.
- Premium features stay unlocked while a purchase or restore is in progress.
- Words that follow a number now use the correct singular and plural form.
- If claiming the reward from the challenge fails, you now see a clear explanation in your language instead of a technical error.
New
- You now get a reminder before your Premium access ends.
- After renewing Premium you can bring back the habits that were paused, straight from the home screen.
- After Premium ends you can now renew it first and keep every habit, instead of being sent straight to choosing 3.
Improved
- The Premium screen is clearer about each plan — whether it renews, when, and what you pay.
- Premium prompts now explain the feature you just tried to use, and hitting the habit limit offers to pause a habit instead.
Fixed
- The limit of 3 active habits on the Free plan is now reliably enforced — including when resuming, unarchiving or reactivating a habit, and when the app starts on a slow connection.
- The "Premium expired" message no longer reappears every time you open the app.
- The app no longer crashes at startup when push notifications are temporarily unavailable.
Improved
- The main section of the Dashboard now has a new, lighter and refreshed look focused on today's momentum.
- In-app messages now have a new, more compact and refreshed look.
Fixed
- Deleting, archiving, or pausing a habit — or changing its reminder — now shows a confirmation.
- Home screen widgets now update together right after you check off or add progress to a habit on one of them.
New
- The Today and All Habits screens now offer comfortable, compact, and grid layouts with redesigned cards and smooth transitions.
- Key actions, such as completing or adding a habit, now have subtle haptic feedback. You can turn it off anytime in Settings.
- You may now be asked to rate Habit Tracker after reaching a seven-day streak.
Improved
- Deleting your account now removes all of your data and reminds you to cancel any active subscription separately.
- Tapping a Premium feature now displays a clear message with a shortcut to Premium.
Fixed
- Daily progress on the Today screen now remains visible and no longer causes the layout to jump after you complete the last habit.
- The "Rate app" option in the menu now correctly opens the app's Google Play page.
- Opening Settings no longer causes a crash.
New
- Notification permission warnings now stay in sync and take up less space.
- The post-completion congratulations dialog now has subtle animations.
- Empty screens now fade in gently.
- The daily progress bar on the Today screen now fills smoothly when you complete a habit.
- Switching days on the Today screen now smoothly highlights the selected day instead of changing abruptly.
- Buttons such as add and mark-as-done now respond to your touch with a subtle press effect.
- Key numbers on the dashboard, in statistics, and in habit details now update with a smooth animation.
- Habit lists, the dashboard, and statistics now gently animate into view when you open them.
- Animations are now automatically reduced when Reduce Motion is enabled in your device settings.
- You now get notified when work starts on your report, when the issue is fixed, and when the fix is released.
- The screen for choosing which habits remain active after Premium expires now has a cleaner design and a live selection counter.
- You can now choose how many reminders you want for weekly and monthly habits.
