Statistics
Habit statistics that explain what is actually happening.
Habit strength, a completion trend, an activity calendar, the days of the week you are strongest, and the hours when habits really get done. Almost every per-habit statistic is free.

Per-habit statistics, almost all free
Open any habit and you get its full picture without paying for it. The Overview tab shows how the habit is going now: its strength from 0 to 100% — recent days count the most and one missed day does not wipe it out — your current and longest streak with their dates, a breakdown by day of the week and by time of day, and how the habit compares with your others. The History tab shows how it went over time: an activity calendar of the last year, where you can tap any day, a completion trend, and every logged check-in.
Premium adds the habit's records — its best month, week and day — its quantity month by month for habits with a unit, and how quickly you come back after a break.
Find the pattern behind a missed day
A missed day on its own tells you nothing. Several missed Thursdays tell you the schedule is wrong. The day-of-week view is where that shows up, and the time-of-day view usually explains why — a habit logged at 22:30 most nights does not belong to a 7:00 reminder.
This is the practical version of tracking habits without obsessing over streaks: judge the habit by how often it happens and how fast you return, not by a number you are afraid to break. When the pattern points at the reminder, the reminder settings are where you fix it.
Overall statistics across every habit
The overall view adds the numbers that only make sense together: completion rate, average per day, daily progress, how many days were complete, partial or missed, and your streaks on a timeline. Any week is free.
Premium extends the range to month, year, all time and a custom period, where you also see which days of the week go best, and unlocks two tabs. Habits shows your best habits, the ones that need attention and a comparison between categories — the view that answers which habits carry your routine and which ones only look busy. History covers everything you have logged: a long-term trend, a year calendar, records, how quickly you come back after a break, and monthly totals for habits with a unit.
Your data stays yours
Statistics are built only from what you log. Premium adds a full JSON backup and restore plus CSV export, so the history can leave the app whenever you want it to.
If numbers are what keep you going, quantitative habits make them sharper — pages read, kilometres run, litres of water. Our guide to building a reading habit at five pages a day shows how a counted target behaves differently from a checkbox.
